At South Ogden Center for Family Medicine, we embrace and practice patient-centered care and we strive to provide all of our patients with the best possible medical care. We encourage each patient to take an active role in their healthcare. We believe that in addition to helping patients when they are sick, we can and should help guide them in making healthy choices for preventive care.

We are a growing practice and currently accepting new patients. We understand our patients have busy lives, which is why we have extended hours so you can fit us in to your schedule.

Our practice places a high priority on preventive health education, medical screenings, and lifestyle modifications to ensure a lifetime of optimal health. Our physicians and staff take the time to provide you with information regarding your medical care, and encourage your participation in healthcare decisions.

It’s Time to Party

Join South Ogden Center for Family Medicine as we commemorate 20 years of health care services!  To celebrate, we will we be having a giant lawn party complete with food, carnival games, blow up obstacle courses and much, much more. 

Bring the kids and your appetite and we’ll take care of the rest!
